Was this version of Skull extremely evil? I mean, beside orchestrating the massacre of nearly every hero in the Marvel U (including Silver Surfer, Sentry, etc) he didn't seem to really oppress his people as 'president'. Yes, he was ruthless and cold-blooded but he didn't seem as total evil like his mainstream version.

Also can anyone explain to me, because I have a couple of problems with this series, How is Red Skull still alive? I don't recall anyone ever mentioning a slower rate of age, even Steve Rogers doesn't possess this and he is a superior attempt at a super soldier. And it is bugging the hell out of me. What is the Baxter building doing on top of Loki in Electroville, (In the middle of America)? Was this a storyline and geographical mistake, or is there a reason A Manhattan skyline and new York building has been so far removed from the east coast of America?
