"She just took pity on you for the pixie boots."

Tim Drake/Wayne re-associates himself with the Batman Family while he settles into his new role in the "Family" Company.  He starts a "Hit-List" and a plan of action for his time in Gotham now.  With it becoming more of a known fact that Bruce is lost in time, Tim joins The Dynamic Duo on patrol.  While out on patrol he runs into a conflict with a gang leader whom he associated with a few months prior in his time as Robin.  Tim Drake has a plan, but no one knows what it is just yet.

    What You Need To Know.

Tim Drake/Wayne has returned to Gotham.  He was beaten physically by Ra's Al Ghul in hand to hand combat, but saved the Batman Family.  Tam Fox, in order to protect Tim's secret identity, tells Vicki Vale they are engaged.

    The Good.

Fabian Nicieza joins the series and steps into his role rather flawlessly.  While you can tell this isn't Chris Yost, it seems like a natural transition and change of pace.
The story honors the past year worth of stories, while clearly transitioning into a whole new one, which is a welcome change.  Tim's internal Monologue is well-written and his actions are warranted.  The interactions between Tim and the other characters is something that was missing in the first set of the series, now that he's back in Gotham, his supporting cast will probably become more defined, with appearances by Damian, Alfred and Dick (Bruce too, once he returns).   The interaction between the three "Brothers" was something that was definitely missed in the first 12 issues.
Marcos To's artwork has improved throughout his run on this series, much better than the original artist.  There were some scenes where the art could have been a lot better, but when he is on his game drawing he's pretty amazing.   I was a fan of the cover, it's associated with the story.

    The Bad.

While the art was very good there were a couple of instances where Tim looked off and it distracted me for a couple seconds.  Nothing serious, but something they could improve on in the issues forthcoming.

    Overall.

The issue reads very easily, but that's not to say that this issue is overly simplistic.  The story makes logical sense both for the series and the character.  The ending isn't so much as a cliffhanger as much as Tim preparing.  This is actually a pretty easy place for new readers to jump into, it's a new arc, and a new writer so if you haven't been following this series then it's a good point.  Fabian Nicieza and Marcus To make a good creative team and I look forward to their work in the future, as should you.

So many questions but, one sticks out the most........Who's Next? 0

Cover The cover is really cool and I love to see all the people that Red Robin wants to go after next. Story Red Robin is with Robin and Batman and thinks that everything is normal even though how much that has changed it feels normal now. Red Robin sees commotion and he sees what it is. It was Lynx and Red Robin was listening in on her. Tim contemplates in how everything has changed and what he is to do next and he has made a set of questions for himself. Tamara and her family discuss the...

      Tim got a s**t list. 0

After saving his family and friends from Ra's al gul, and providing (some kind of) evidence that Bruce is alive, Tim can say that he can really focus on Gotham City. Despite being back in Gotham, Tim still got some things to work out.  Pros:  I think I would say that this issue is the first issue to begin Tim's new role as Red Robin. Sure, he's been Red Robin for quite some time, but we haven't gotten the feel for it in Gotham City. Not in a real sense (mostly because of Ra). He's trying to rees...
