all rite so in #4 Atrocitus throes 3 more Red Lanterns into the Blood Ocean to give the there intelligence back like he did with Bleez a witch point Bleez questions his actions and implies that they might die. So hear is my proposal all Red Lanterns once they receive there rings would report to Ysmault and then be throne into the Blood Ocean if they don't survive they were not worthy. Hows that sound it would keep there numbers low and the members would be more interesting to read about
