Dr. Hugo Strange is a brilliant but disturbed psychologist with an obsessive vendetta against Batman. In addition to being one of Batman's earliest foes, preceding even the Joker and Catwoman, he is also one of the first & few to successfully deduce that Batman and Bruce Wayne are one and the same.

Waylon Jones was born with a genetic mutation giving him a reptile's skin, sharp claws, and teeth; due to genetic atavism. Croc became a circus wrestler who would rise to conquer the Gotham Mob racket only then to become one of Batman's most physically imposing rogues.
An amateur superhero coming from a small town in Mexico, Bunker is a member of the Teen Titans. He is capable of projecting Psionic bricks to form walls and other structures in various forms. He can also use his psionic bricks as a form of armour.
Kiran is the light emitting hero known as Solstice and a member of the Teen Titans. She was being held captive by N.O.W.H.E.R.E, where she was experimented on. She and her fellow Teen Titans have recently met the stranded team known as the Legion Lost.
After his wife became terminally ill, Dr. Victor Fries devoted his life to saving her and used cryogenics to freeze her to get time to find a cure. After being attacked by his boss Ferris Boyle and exposed to some of his chemicals, Fries could only survive in sub-zero temperatures and built a special suit to keep himself alive, becoming Mr Freeze.
The hero known as Frankenstein is the actual legendary monster created by Dr. Victor Frankenstein. Though notorious for his torrid past, he was a member of the Seven Soldiers of Victory and currently leads the Creature Commandos. He is currently a member of the Justice League Dark.
Hailing from the 30th century, Bart Allen is the grandson of the Flash, Barry Allen and Iris Allen. Originally using the name Impulse and trained by Max Mercury, Bart utilizes the same powers of super-speed possessed by his grandfather and fights crime alongside the Teen Titans, known as Kid Flash and Wally West's sidekick.
Leader of S.H.A.D.E. who changes bodies frequently (examples include an African-American in a bowler hat, an elderly white man, and an anime inspired little Japanese girl in the New 52). Revealed in Futures End to be an alien parasite that takes bodies as hosts.
Former slaver of Starfire who used her escape to escape himself and start anew by creating a family. Found by Starfire in his later life and though she was talked out of killing him, he instead took his own life using one of Arsenal's arrows.
The last of the Czarnians, Lobo is known and feared across the universe as a bounty hunter who never misses his mark. Super-strong, immortal and unstoppable, the Main Man has frequently clashed with Superman, although they have on occasion found themselves on the same side.

Pandora is the mysterious figure who appeared at the end of Flashpoint when then the DC, Vertigo, and Wildstorm universes merged into one. She later appeared throughout the DC Universe, seemingly observing all the characters.

David Zavimbe was a former child soldier turned policeman who became the first Batwing. He eventually retired from vigilantism, and the Batwing mantle was taken up by Luke Fox.
Formerly the D.A. of Gotham City, Harvey Dent was an ally of Batman and Commissioner Gordon until he had acid thrown onto the left side of his face by a mob boss, scarring him for life. The incident drove Harvey insane and he became Two-Face, obsessed with chance and always carrying a double-headed coin, which he flips to determine his every decision.
Apollo is the Greek god of light, truth, prophecy, medicine, healing, plague, music, poetry, archery, and the arts. He has also been associated with the sun.
Dr. Leslie Thompkins is a Pacifist doctor operating out of the toughest part of Gotham's criminal slums. She was a colleague of Thomas Wayne and a close friend to the Wayne family.
Madame Xanadu focuses her occult sensitivity through her Tarot cards. Her actual powers in terms of matters of the soul are somewhat limited - she is only allowed to advise.
Trigon is a demonic conqueror intent on bringing every reality in existence under his control. He is also the father of Raven and a deity worshipped by the Church of Blood.
Cassandra Sandsmark was originally the daughter of Olympian God Zeus and Dr. Helena Sandsmark. She became the second Wonder Girl in an attempt to save Wonder Woman's life. Cassie continues adventuring as a member of the Teen Titans. Her New 52 incarnation is the daughter of Wonder Woman's half-brother Lennox, and derives her powers from an ancient armor named the 'Silent Armor' related to the demon Trigon.
