Race Against the Clock

Rd Hood and the Outlaws has been telling the story of three 'outlaws' who are working together to get what they want and do what they think is right. What is this team up to in issue #5 of their own on-going series?
 
THE GOOD:
Kenneth Rocafort was unknown to me before this series and I'm really liking his art. I think that it's well defined but there is a sketchiness to it and I really like it. I also like the details he adds to the background and it makes the character's world feel more alive. The story is pretty good in this issue. We get to see Roy Harper save Starfie and I think that was a great part. We also get to see Jason Todd fight a hidden monster, then now has people angry at them.
 
THE BAD:
I really like Jason Todd and Roy on the team, but I just can't help but feel Starfire should've been used on a different team. Why not put her on the Teen Titans. I think she works better with them. However, Starfire is starting to fit in more too me.
 
THE VERDICT: 4/5 (Great)
This series is a different series then some of the other series that is being published. These characters work together and do what they think is right and it make for a fun story. There is plenty of action and the story plot is easy to follow and straight to the point. We may be in a bit too far for you to go get all of the issues, but you can wait till trade and you probably will enjoy it quite a bit. It's fairly good.

The Good: This issue was absolutely fantastic. This issue had major revelations for the characters and the team itself. We finally see Jason let go of his ideas on revenge for the wrongs that were caused to him by Bruce and Joker completely. Jason has a new goal and it is for the greater good in the end of it but still showed that he isn't getting rid of the "outlaw" attitude due to commentary after his fight. I've expressed my hatred for the pestering 'last issue' or '2-3 issues ago' reminders/editor's notes that Scott Lobdell especially seems to be a fan of. They break up the flow and immersion, and they're generally useless. Roy describes a recent event, and the Editor's Note just says "Last issue, remember!?' WHY IN THE FRAKKING HELL WOULD I NEED TO BE REMINDED THAT THE EVENT DESCRIBED HAPPENED LAST ISSUE. For starters this is only issue 5, and so the likelihood that someone is reading this withou...
