Scott Lodbell and Ken Rocafort know how to WOW! an audience
Scott Lobdell practically embeds in this issue a huge: “HA-HA-HA! I’M STILL KICK @$$”
- The Good. Like I said before, no one does impressive character dynamics like Scott Lobdell. He is untouchable in that department. This is such a good read; the humor, the wit and the sass Lobdell is known for is right there for everyone to read. Lets not forget Kenneth Rocafort and his amazing art. I’d like to say that he is one of the best artists I have seen this New 52, detail and facial expression is effortless for him and the colors are always so very vibrant. Everything about this comic book impresses me.
- The Bad. There are still a lot of unexplained questions in our minds about the last issue that Scott Lobdell has not accomplished in this 2nd issue such as: Was Starfire really sarcastic? What is Roy’s history with the Titans? What is the Untitled? This issue can be a bit confusing for new readers, and requires a lot of patience.
- Is it better than the previous issue?: F**K Yeah!
- Do I recommend it? YES. If you still don’t wanna read this issue because of the whole “anti-sexist” claims, then that’s just sad for you.
