    In her first appearance Red cross was being chased by Bomb Queen, Her daughter, Rebound, pulled her into The Dark with help from Blacklight.
     
    According to Rebound, Red cross is a former prostitute, and electronics genius. When Rebound was a child her mother implanted a phone into her head so she could always keep in contact with her.
