    With Starro the Conqueror on the verge of complete victory, our rebel fighters Lobo, Vril Dox, Adam Strange, Starfire and the gang pull out all the stops in this series' bloody conclusion!

    Starro has used his Starro spores to take over most of New Rann. He has Vril dox under his control, and his only real restince is Blackfire, Starfire, Captain Comet, and Adam Strange, who he seems to be able to handle until Lyrl releases his secret weapon, a suped up Tribulus, with the new abilty to short circuit Starro's spores.

    Even thoughTribulus is destroying the spores outside Starro and Vril able to keep the REBEL heroes in a cornar. As a last ditch effort Adam is able to turn on Vril's homing devise for Tribulus and bring the Starro killer to them.

    Meanwhile back on Psion Smite and Lobo have become friends and Smite explains there is a jump gate on Psion and that the stranded REBEL team can get to New Rann with it. After the team leaves for New Rann they tell the now freed Vril to push Starro threw the gate, where Lobo and Smite are waiting for him.

    One Week Later. New Rann seems at peace, Lyrl has escaped again and Vril and Blackfire have picked up their relationship where it left off.

    The R.E.B.E.L.S. is the most dynamic team yet 0

    I've been following Tony Bedard's run on this series, and I think its safe to say that he has truly impressed me with carefully crafted character interaction, and a well researched casting of superheroes in this series. He's really good at what he does, the R.E.B.E.L.S. are so exciting to read, this issue is no less than amazing.This issue is actually the conclusion to a mini-plot that has been going on for 2-4 issues, I think, so theres not much to say, except that the twists and turns in this ...
