@garrettsgonewild: If my personal theory holds water then I think she will; In one of the upcoming Legion Lost issues Tellus is supposedly picking up a telepathic distress call or scream from a woman being tortured, possibly it's Raven. (But lets see, the teaser text is often wrong) (However it makes me wonder if Tellus can pick her up, shouldn't the Martian Manhunter be able too as well? Or is this just below his usual rung to deal with?)
Raven
Character » Raven appears in 1722 issues.
Raven battles the forces of evil alongside her adoptive family, the Teen Titans while trying to control her baser, antagonistic instincts she inherited from her demonic father, Trigon.
Raven's DCnU look?

I like this look a lot and I agree with Icarusflies ...The costume is a good representation of her demonic heritage...Just think how badass she would look in the costume once she lets loose with her powers...
After taking another look at it and observing it for a while, I agree it will be an excellent look for her demonic heritage, but I still like the cloak better because it just makes Raven whole.
@Avenging-X-Bolt:
It is Beast Boy and Terra. Mackie did an interview with Newasarma. Apparently Beast Boy is red because of what's going on in Animal Man.

Oookay, bit of a news update; according to Brett, responding to a question regarding Raven's delayed appearance on Twitter, Raven wont be appearing in TT when she does.

But a red skinned Beast Boy and another Terra
That dinosaur guy looks exactly like humungasaur from ben 10 lmao
Well this is the cover to Teen Titans #9 and it says it stars a character called Harvest@spiderbat87: Howcome?
Dread thought....what if Raven is no longer related to Trigon and is instead the closest thing Harvest has to a biological relative?
I know but that's just concept art@spiderbat87: Well its not the same character in the images (also its by different artists) :)
I kinda dig it.. but i dont like it as Ravens new outfit, if it was some new character then okay, right... But argh!
.... That was a truely insightful comment i just made there.
Here's an article that ran today interviewing Scott Lobdell...
CV (comic vine): And Raven? A few months ago you mentioned she'd be in the books right about now. Can we assume the crossover has delayed her arrival?
SL (Scott Lobdell): Something delayed her, but it wasn't the crossover! It turns out DC has much bigger plans in store for the character and when you hear what they are you'll understand why she's too big for our little book!
My predictions are that in this universe, Raven is the daughter that Darkseid has been searching for, or involved with the "Circle of Eternity" that the Phantom Stranger and Pandora mentioned in todays Justice League #6 backstory.
There was a rumor that Raven might be the daughter of Darksied in this new universe, i would so hope this to be true, i wouldn't mind them distancing her from her original origin as Trigons Pride Demon daughter. Might as well make her the daughter of a 4th dimension ruler with god like power.

Well she already was the daughter of a god level being from another dimension with godlike power, while Trigon certainly is less well known and has less face time in comics, he does have some feats that goes beyond what Darkseid has done without the Anti-Life equation.
Whoever the character in the concept art is, they are certainly connected to Harvest. Either it was an early version of Harvest, or an idea for one of Harvest minions (let not forget that Omen was turned into a Harvest underling and was given a similar bird-redesign) Or possibly, we find out it is Raven and Harvest is her underling. Whatever the case, the claw like hands, the wings, the hoods the face covered in eyeless bone-like helmets, all lead me to assume that those two characters have similar roots.
As for my Theory on Harvest working for Raven, consider that Brother Blood is going to appear in the current story arc for The Ravagers. If the last retcon still remains, then the Church of Blood still worships Trigon so that is at least two degrees of separation between her and Harvest.
I hope they reintroduce her exotic features.
High cheekbones, fuller lips, broader forehead and slanted eyes.Classic Raven was the prettiest out of all Raven's ever adapted, and when she took her hood off It was almost like she was a completely different person. She was almost racially ambiguous. It seemed as if she had traits from many different races.
She was just gorgeous, but very haunting at the same time.
George Pérez on Raven
"Raven is very angular, very high cheekbones, very straight-nosed, with an upper lip slightly larger than her lower lip, and, of course, an incredibly large forehead. "
"Raven has developed, recently, a dancer's body in which her breasts have gotten smaller. I gave Raven a body based on a young lady, Fran McGregor, who's built with a very attractive dancer's body. She goes to the same school as my wife, Carol."
Changing the Face of Raven
"When we received a letter from someone saying "Hey, you know, I've noticed that the face has been changing, you're making her look almost demonic, was that deliberate?" It wasn't, then, but it became that way from that point on! (Laughter.) That's when we decided to use that scene inside TITANS #1, based on that one letter. lt started as something I was doing because I was adapting my style. Then I suddenly decided to use a story element. The face was changed, but it wasn't because George Pérez style was changing, it was because it was a deliberate change. So it was an accidental deliberate change."
"Raven? Interesting to draw. Without Trigon it's going to be interesting to see how to handle her. Now that she's open to emotion, it opens up the character. We can do a lot more of her opening up to a society that she had closed off for so many years. I think she's going to have a lot of potential."
@Iamlovewithin500: While it would be nice, sadly the current artisitcal direction of TT is the opposite of what Perez did. Booth is a fast artist according to James Robinson when asked about the Hawkgirl design, but sadly speed is often the result of limiting the work done...like if you look at his sketches, Black Lightning, Nightwing, Batman and Wally West all have the same lean body type and in TT we have very little variation in the faces (remove all the features and colors and you end up with the same thing)...Also you can see this when comparing the faces of Perez's Starfire and Blackfire to those of Rockaford's.

IS this not DCnU Raven?
Just an age old update, I got into a conversation with Lobdell on twitter regarding Raven and we touched on that picture, apparently the lost girl in the photo is Tracy 13.
Huh, youd think with the giant shadow raven in the background mirroring the Phantom Stranger #1 cover art that it would be Raven but on the other hand I love Traci@Jonny_Anonymous said:

I'll be you dollars to donuts it was meant to be Raven, then Lobdell just decided to do more idiotic retconning.
Thought I'd share this alternative done by Stjepan Sejic who normally does Witchblade and Artifacts for Top Cow (this is in no way a costume that will appear in the DCnU, since it was one he did in his free time), though I'd much rather have this design than the one DC has teased:

can DC please hire this guy to do their costume redesigns?
It appears the teased image tells the truth and that this:
