Like, what type of power does it have? Does it even exist? They call it Rao. But is that just a name?

i'm not aware of it ever appearing in a comic...

the fact the publisher is "Marvel" might just be a mistake, i'll have to look into this further as there isn't any issues or anything attached to it...

Publisher is Marvel and it says in the text DC Universe. weird!
