So afraid
This issue continues straight on from the last with the action not really relenting at all. There are numerous different plot lines running - the revival of Onimar Synn, the intervention by Kyle on Ancar, the establishment of an alliance on Polara, and the defense of Throneworld. To be honest this issue did not handle the action all that well, the attack on Rann in the previous issue is pretty much dismissed outright for instance, the assault on Polara is also poorly paced and the defense of Throneworld is also not as engaging as it is so short. Where this issue does succeed though is with its characterizations, and specifically with the return of Onimar (which really does a good job to show how evil he is) and the the intervention of Kyle and eventual teaming up with Captain Comet. A pretty good issue overall, it will be interesting to see where this all goes.
