Rakhir was part of a Chaos cult common in his world. Like all members of the cult he had to choose a color before becoming full member and he choose red, wearing only this color. Under unknown circumstances Rakhir no longer wish to serve his Master, believing Chaos only brings doom and despairs. Arioach the High Lord of Chaos vanished him to a Limbo dimension from which he was rescue by Elric, who travel to the realm to seek his cousin who was trying to find the two blades of power. Sense he has been free, his tries his best to reunite warriors who was serve Choas to join his cause. He has met Elric mutiple times during this quests.
