This is a telling of the Rai history. It also gives us a detailed account of everything from The Unity Saga on up to the creation of Rai and The Future Force. Along with that this issue serves as the origin story of Bloodshot.
Not a particularly exciting issue, but it is quite interesting. It was definitely short and to the point, with each page being its own chapter. When all is said and done, this ends up being a commercial for Bloodshot and Rai and the Future Force. Effective and decent. Also worth it since it is in every quarter bin from coast to coast.
