    Short summary describing this issue.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

Rai gets frostbite when Icespike strikes! Who is this mysterious new assassin and what has he sworn his life to protect? Only one thing is for sure… he wants Rai dead! Overwhelmed and outmatched by this vicious new foe, Rai must call on the unlikeliest of allies to win the day.

With many in Japan falling prey to Neo-plum addiction, Rai strikes at a facility producing the debilitating drug. But the task won't be easy, for the drug factory is guarded by Icespike, a super-assassin out to make his reputation by killing Rai. Rai and Kazuyo manage to beat him, but Icespike escapes capture. This defeat prompts the Healer leader, Councillor Seko, to make Rai's death his top priority.

In This issue, the followers of Grandma are angered at Rai for questioning her teachings at the end of issue #1. They end up hiring an assassin to kill the Rai, but soon regret it as he begins to attack any one or thing in order to complete his mission.
