Former spy now friend of Kyle Rayner and owner of a coffee shop
Radu is the owner of a very hip and moderately famous coffee shop in the greenwich village.  He also owns the adjoining apartment building. He gives Kyle a room when he first moves to new york and the two become quick and easy friends. His life has been rescued by Kyle Rayner and in turn he has himself saved Kyle Rayner   He was also aware of Kyle's identity as Green Lantern.
 
His patrons have included Kyle Rayner,  Jade,  John Stewart  and Guy Gardner , Donna Troy and Alan scott. the logo he uses was designed by Kyle Rayner.
