Intriguing first issue!
Terry Moore is back with a vengeance! Rachel Rising is an intriguing book that digs deep into your brain with it's superb artwork and concept. It's about Rachel Beck, she just crawled back from her unmarked grave and she's trying to make sense out of her horrifying situation while realizing she has changed and things will only get weird from this point forward.
For Terry Moore, excellence is the standard, and I am really looking forward for the next issues. The only (not really) negative observation I have is that the way the character is set-up feels like it borrows a little from Echo #1. The illustrations are splendid, so splendid they don't really need a lot of dialogue to tell the story. But of course there is dialogue, and it's very well planned and humane, as per usual!
