She was forced to become a mutant "hound" and track other mutants before escaping to the present. Rachel has immense telekinetic and telepathic powers. Rachel was also a longtime host to the Phoenix Force.

    Rachel's new costume in X-Men reminds me of Naruto

    For me, Rachels' new costume makes me think she's the female version of Naruto. and she looks awesome!

    I can see what you mean. Especially when drawn by certain artists because her hound marks are like the lines on Naruto's face XD
