A mid-western town of america Edit
Raccoon city is a small city situated in the mid-western. The Umbrella Corp. makes major donations to it every year. What the people don't know is that Umbrella is using the city as a cover up so they could mount up several research laboratories experimenting with virus and bio-weapons. Later the city is destroyed by a nuclear missile to contain the T-Virus infection.
