Creation

Quincy Sharp was created for the Videogame "Batman: Arkham Asylum" and had a cameo in the Videogame "Batman: Arkham City". He was first the warden for Batman Arkham Asylum, but Hugo Stange managed to trick him into mind control. Through this, Hugo managed to create Arkham city due to him being the mayor of Gotham.

Origin

Quincy Sharp first appeard in the DC Videogame "Batman: Arkham Asylum" which doesn't belong to the DC Mainstream storyarc. He was the Warden of the Arkham Asylum for the past three years and has dedicated his life to restoring sanity to the so-called supervillains that plague Gotham City.
