Pietro Maximoff is a mutant who's X-gene grants him the ability to travel at speeds far beyond the average human. He is the son of Magneto, and twin brother of the Scarlet Witch and half-brother of Polaris. He is a reformed X-Men villain and was once an Avenger.

How fast is Ultimate quicksilver? I saw him grabbed some girl and run so fast she started melting or falling apart and when he stopped she was gone.

So no one knows? In the ultimates he said he was able to hit mach 10 when he had pimples.

I think he is OVER mach 10 because as you pointed out he was that fast as a teenager. He must gotten faster with time.

He's easily faster than mach 10. Pietro guessed that Hurricane (the girl he was fighting) had a limit of around mach 10, which is why he made the comment that he could run at that speed when he was still a child. He then proceeded to run so fast that she begged him to stop and even faster so that her molecules were dancing too much to keep her in one piece.

He must be over speed of light to melt her down. If her limit was match 10 it means she can survive a lot more speed just like humans, our top speed is about 15 mph, normal people, Athletes are abput 30 mph. And if we can survive a lot more speed, lets say 60, 70, 80 mph (we can survive even more by holding our breath, like in the NASA training). As a mutant she might be able to do the same but at a greatest level.
