Seeing has I think he ran from Tibet to Indonesia in 92 seconds. His calculated speed would be around Mach 300 or 228,350 mph which is way faster then what Northstar can do without causing serious injury to himself. So from this feat alone he is faster then what most people think he is around mach 5, but considering this could be PIS it is moot point. Since most writers wouldn't calculate the speed it would take to get from point A to point B they just want to show he is fast.

He has dodged lightning from Thor's hammer before, so that makes him roughly 150,000 ft/s.

@dum52001: wrong calculation bro. 347 miles in 3.7 seconds is way hypersonic, 7mi/s is escape velocity and mach 32 or mach 34 so 347 miles in 3.7 secs by my own calculation is approximately mach 443.53 and i don't know where you got it that typical lightning bolt moves at 3700 mi/s, it is roughly mach 182 it is the upstroke of a lightning that can reach speeds of 90,000mi/s. Take it from a physics student

Bump, the scan said he ran 347 miles in 3.7 seconds. 347/3.7=93.8 miles in 1 second. Multiply that times 60 that is 5,628 miles in 1 minute. Multiply by 60 again that's 337,680 miles per hour. 337,680 mph is Mach 440. I assume he slowed down to Mach 5 so as not to kill his father. Not quite sure how he could possibly run at light speed which is Mach 880,991. That's a huge gap.

So is he hundreds of times faster than light or is he directly at light speed?
