Plot Summary

This issue is an "Acts of Vengence" crossover issue, that follows Avengers V.1 #311. Quasar finds himself in a confrontation with the Absorbing Man, who after coming into physical contact with the Quantum Bands becomes more powerful then Quasar himself.
