    After reaching the top speed among the Universe beings all, Makkari reaches the Runner to participate a Galactic Race for the most fast being in the universe.

    Quasar, meanwhile, tries to reach his girlfriend Kayla Ballantine, trapped on the Earth from the New Universe, by trying to breach the forcefield that encloses the planet in quarantena, and talking to the Living Tribunal that has sealed such planet.
