    The story starts on a ship heading to Egypt. Crew members are being drained and killed, only one remains and he can see land. However it is too late for him. Purgatori calls out to Kabala, "Kabala can you hear me you witless shapeshifter."Kabala is outraged! She calls upon Jade. "You must learn why Purgatori our maker made us and condemned us to this endless existence".Purgatori notices changes in the area as Jade as a robed figure approaches her.
