"Bullseye" Conclusion: Bullseye has been trying to crack the riddle that is the Punisher for a long time now, and he thinks he's finally figured out the answer. And he won't have to wait long to find out if he's right, because the Punisher is out for blood and he's laying siege to the Kingpin's skyscraper. It's the final showdown between the Punisher and Bullseye in the final chapter of the second arc of PunisherMAX.

This issue wraps up the Bullseye's story arc, albeit taking quite some time to finish. With that stated, it was well worth the wait. What this last issue does is finally answers the question: Can the Punisher flinch? The last moments of this issue had my heart racing. What did Bullseye say to The Punisher to make him react the way he did? I don't have my magnifying glass handy, so I will have to wait.  Great arc and it leaves a better one to come....

The Bullseye arc concludes with Frank's assault on Kingpins headquarters, culminating with the confrontation between Frank and Bullseye we've all been waiting for.   The Good  Love the cover  Bullseye has cracked the enigma that is Frank Castle, and just in time for the big confrontation we've all been waiting for. Bullseye's hilarious prayer to God before things kicks off serves to perfectly underscore this issue. To call this fight brutal would be like describing World War II as a minor misund...
