In the comics franks sticks to the usually m16 with a grenade launcher or an M60 sometimes an M4 with a grenade launcher.  He also uses old school uzis a few different types of pistols a shot gun and a rocket launcher (looks like an AT4).  So I was wondering if anyone has any real world weapons they would like him to use?  Barring NBC weapons since that is vast overkill and Frank shouldn't be able to get his hands on those type of weapons.  Could be specialty versions of certain weapons based on the AR family for example a     

Personally I'd like to see frank use this shotgun.

As much as I'd like this thing the guy is BSing about the gun having virtually no recoil. 

Also I'd love see frank use the Bushmaster ACR

I'm not a weapons nut.  I'm more about the story Frank's involved in more than what instrument he's using.  I know virtually nothing about the makes or models of guns available. I don't think I've ever really clamored to see Frank use anything in particular as a weapon. When I was younger, I did buy the first few issues of Armory when they were on the shelves because I thought as a Punisher fan I needed to be knowledgeable on guns. I was wrong.

Not everyone who is into guns is paranoid or crazy.  I'm not that into firearms myself however I really did enjoy the show future weapons and that is why I know about these particular weapons.  I also used to be in the military and every once in a while they would talk possible replacements for the M16 and M4 since the rifle is getting old and looking to replace it with something better.

in the older comics he used a lot more than that. if your interested his entire cache was detailed in the ten issue (took that many to cover it all)

I'd go with pretty much what he already has I'd like to see him use some napalm since that would be ideal for taking out a lot of people in a closed area as well as providing a good distraction which you would get from people running around on fire.   He does already use flashbang grenades and claymores although not often if you got some particular explosive you’d like to see please post it man, I liked your firearm choices.

I wouldn't mind seeing Frank use any of the following,
H&K USP .45 for reasons already stated.
FN SCAR-H it possess' a larger round and a decent mag capacity and would do some damage.
TDI Vector for those close quarters shoot outs.
Glock 18 for heavy firepower in a small package.
AA-12 for those heavy shoot outs and fear factor
Benelli M4 Super 90 I've always been a fan of this weapon and I think it would suit Frank.
M249 SAW Rifle I could picture Frank cutting down rows of criminals with this weapon.
Para Ordinance 1911 with 14 round mags an update of his favorite.
Milkor MGL 40mm for days when he wants to see things blow into a million pieces.
MOD Mark V CQD knife to test his knife fighting skills.
Cold Steel Espada as a back up blade.

There's a new kind of Galil that came out. It's called the Galil ACE, if the bullpups are unworkable just go with that. It's an AK-type weapon with modular features and all kinds of attachments. I thought he'd use a bullpup simply because they're effective close quarters urban combat rifles. They maintain decent range and accuracy and still have compactness. To be fair, the M4 can do the same, except the M4 is overused. 

dual browning hi-powers. AA-12. m4a4 carbine copper jacketed ammo for the rifle and pistols. incendiary rounds for AA-12. reflex sight on the rifle. barrett 50. cal for long range. calico submachine gun.

@warcorpse: its actually a browning hi power. glocks dont have external hammers. In the kingpin story, that is, i know he has one now. But only because he took it off a dead guy, otherwise he wouldnt usually use one.

For when he needs to go long range he needs to look no further than the Barrett MRAD sniper rifle chambered in .338, and for close quarters he should use a Mossberg 500 with sidewinder conversion and drum mag (both weapons have been used by Jon Bernthal's Punisher in "Daredevil")
