There's been a couple comics but I absolutely can't remember how their interaction went.  Also it wouldn't be as accurate as it should be.  Since they were inter-company crossovers, they'd want to make sure each company was happy with the way things went.

I don't think Batman would be too happy with Frank running around,even if he was blasting away at villains.

Well Punisher is like a more driven Batman, someone who uses extreme measures to get the job done, Batman won't kill and Punisher will so they would be enimies

i remember a crossover where Punisher was about to kill the Joker and Batman swooped down to stop him...so im gonna say that Bats isnt going to like Punisher running around shooting bad guys left and right

Batman(Bruce Wayne) would try to stop him. They would probably work together every once and awhile, but in the end Batman would turn on Punisher.

In Batman TAS he had a villian made for the show Lock Up and he just locked crooks up in tiny cells and Bats had a problem with it, so he would for sure have a problem with Frank running around shooting the town up.

Batman would eventually catch The Punisher getting rid of villains. i could see Batman trying to talk to The Punisher about using different methods to catch criminals but if he dosen't comply Bats would eventually bring him down.

I think Punisher is underrated.  He's not just a guy with a gun, he's held is own against pretty much everyone.  In the end, I think Batman would find a way to neutralize the situation, but it would be far from easy.

There is a site that has the top 100 comic characters.  The polls just opened, so everything is really close right now.  I voted for Batman's in the top 10 right now, and Punisher's rated around 14th place.  Hopefully some educated comic fans can get in there and help turn the tide for the greatest comic characters of all time!  Check it out.

Frank isnt anywhere near as fast strong agile or intelligent as Bats and he isnt even in the same league in hand to hand combat
Frank cant hold his own at all, a h2h fight would last a few seconds before Bats beat him unconsious

Even though DC would never let it happen I say Frank could beat Batman. Frank is very good at shooting people in the head and I doubt Batman's cowl is bulletproof.

Deffidently enemies, Punisher will see Batman as compeition or interference, while Batman will see him as too ruthless. It will be just like the animated movie "Red Hood" ofcourse without Jason Todd and stuff.

I think it would probably go down like any Punisher vs Spider-Man match-up. Frank COULD easily just shoot Spider-Man or Batman in the head.... snipe them from 500 yards out... or find out who they are and where they live and just blow up their house. BUT Frank isn't some crazy serial killer... he only kills the criminals. He probably COULD... but WOULD NOT kill Batman. Best case, Frank knocks out Batman and that's it. Worst case, Batman locks up Frank and he just cleans out Arkham (like everyone has been saying) and then escapes.

Assume Frank views Batman as a criminal that needs to be killed. Frank would EASILY kill Batman. Even if Batman wins 20 straight fights and puts Frank in prison 20 straight times, that 21 first time Batman could catch a bullet to the face. Frank won't stop coming for Batman and eventually Frank would win.

Punisher would kill all the bad guys the first day in town except Joker.

There would be a lot fewer Arkham Inmates.

People arguing for Punisher beating Batman talk like Batman hasn't gone up against people willing to kill him or able to shoot really well. Batman would stomp all over his ass if they went head to head, and this nothing to with all that "BatGOD never loses" nonsense. It simply comes down to this: Batman is leagues smarter, a better tactician, has better equipment, is in better shape, and is FAR more skilled.
