Could this mean the series is canceled or on hiatus?  After such a big story arc I just find this really odd...

I think he's going to return to normal at the end of the Franken-Castle thing (and I'm assuming it takes place before Shadowland since he's normal in that). There's a new Punisher series in November that's going to be written by Remender.

I didn't realize that Remender was writing this series.
