We know right now that the "Punisher" is no longer the Punisher for a period of time. I have an idea of how Marvel could create a new Punisher and bring some new ideas to the character.

Marvel could promote it, similar to what they did for Black Panther or Captain America, "Blank is The Punisher", having images of Hulk, Wolverine, Hawkeye, etc dressed like the Punisher. The New Punisher would actually wear a form of armor, similar to Batman's Dark Knight (movie), but with the classic skull on the torso. He would also have all sorts of weapons strapped to himself such as guns, knives and explosives. He will also wear a skull mask, sort of similar to Crossbones, but again with the classic Punisher skull.

This new Punisher will be faster, stronger and more direct with his new mission. This new Punisher is actually Deathlok (Luther Manning) working with Nick Fury to take down and assassinate threats throughout the world.

The reason why I think this works is it will set a different sort of story for Punisher vs. the one we have had and continue to have which you can really get in Punisher MAX. Eventually the new Punisher would meet FrankenCastle with the possibility of Nick Fury giving Frank a second chance and save him from what he has become.

I dont like the idea. Why not just give another killer vigilante a chance to fill in, like stain glass scarlet. look her up she has a fantastic origin.

    That sounds okay, actually.
