Bulldog is a member of a group of scavengers called the Junkyard Dogs. He was present at the time S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Helicarrier crashed during Onslaught. The Dogs fought off the Punisher, Frank Castle, but were arrested by SHIELD at their own base afterwards.

Bullseye and the Punisher have fought each other in both 616 and MAX. Punisher has shot Bullseye in the hand and Bullseye has manipulated Frank into killing mob bosses for him allowing him to take out crime families for profit and having fun while doing so. In MAX, the Kingpin hired Bullseye to kill the Punisher. They have two confrontations. The first with Bullseye nearly killing Frank and the second with the Punisher almost killing Bullseye.
Burnout was part of the fake Mutant Liberation Front created by Simon Trask to increase hatred of mutants and cause a civil war. Burnout fought the Punisher who ended up shooting her when she went after Reverend William Conner who the Punisher was protecting.
Bushwacker has been hired twice to kill the Punisher. Once by Loki and the second time by the Jackal. Both times, Bushwacker has failed to kill Castle.

Enhanced to the pinnacle of human physical potential and armed with an unbreakable shield, he became Captain America. After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

Carmine Gazzera attacked the CIA with Nicky Cavella trying to kill the Punisher. The attack failed with Carmine being shot after getting into a fist fight with the Punisher and being forced to flee the scene. In their second encounter, Carmine repeatedly stabs the Punisher until Frank Castle throws him out of a building with Carmine landing on a spiked fence, impaling him on spikes. The Punisher then blows his head off with a shot gun.
Carnage is the offspring of the alien symbiote Venom. It bonded with the crazed serial killer, Cletus Kasady, thus creating one of Spider-Man's most murderous, brutal, and lethal adversaries.
