Alright. I picked this up a while back and thought, "Hey. A World War Hulk tie-in with the Punisher". Well, I was dead fucking wrong. Not only was the Hulk not in the entire issue, but all we got was his lacky who wasn't even a Warbound, Mung the Intolerable, er I mean Mung the Inconceivable. Not only does this issues include a crappy villian, but Frank get's hold of a symbiote like suit that his friend made for him. The only cool part to me was the weapons he was using, that's it.
All in all, skip this crap and if you can, burn it.
