Hey there, Marvel Universe. He’s back...with a vengeance. Taking no prisoners. Literally. With Civil War in full throttle mode, Frank Castle is feeling the heat. His safe houses have been raided, his munitions seized, and he’s square in the crosshairs of a Marvel Universe big gun who always gets his man. Until now, this wasn’t Frank’s war. But when Spandex-clad baddies start carrying badges...well, lets’ just say that’s something the Punisher can’t abide.

Franks armory runs low.  Hes down to a LAW and a .38 with two rounds. just enough to deal with Fulvio Morsella, until apparently reformed villian Stiltman sets the same man in his sights.Castle easily defeats Stiltman by blowing his "legs" off with the LAW, and then finishing both him and Morsella of with his remaining two rounds.With a SHIELD squad on his ass Castle flees into the underground and uses the darkness to get the upper hand on his pursuers, and picks up their weapons.He begins to follow the Tinkerer  for info on whos armored Stiltman,, who gives him information who gives him that information on Stuart Clarke, a former Tony Stark employee turned self made weapons manufacturer. Castle confronts Clarke, and he is attacked by Clarkes Little robot army, but Clarke and Castle decide to get to the root of whats really going on, with Tony Stark and the circulation of potentially destructive weapons and technology, and those same items finding their way into the hands of criminals like Stilt man.Clarke gives Frank a gizmo that will enable him  to track down SuperHeros and Supervillians alike. After a few weeks of city combing, Clarkes tracker starts beeping, and Frank follows it into the sewers. He discover Spiderman being assaulted by Jack O Lantern and Jester. He kills both villians and brings Parkers broken body to Captain Americas hideout.
