Continuing from Civil War, after Frank kills two former villains seeking to join Cap's side, Captain America begins to pound on Frank. Frank insists that Cap knew exactly what he was getting with him. He refuses to fight back. Flashbacks are shown from when Frank was training in the Marines and Cap paid the troops a visit. Frank refused to hit Cap then also.
With the Punisher refusing to fight back, Cap just walks away. The others let him leave on his own.
Bridge continues to talk to Stu Clarke. He gives him a warning that the Punisher will be coming for him. When Bridge leaves, he orders his men to take Clarke out. Prepared, Clarke manages to blast his way out through the window.
Using a tracking device, Clarke manages to find Frank and brings him to an old S.H.I.E.L.D. armory. Using the newfound weapons, the Punisher has a run in with the Rhino. Using a new kind of gun and the "Satan Claw" power glove, he soon knocks the Rhino senseless. The Punisher then tells the Rhino to tell everybody that he's back.
