Pumpkinhead is a demonic monster that is summoned by a witch named Haggis. It was given the name Pumpkinhead by rural people who found it buried in a " Pumpkin Patch Grave ". Pumpkinhead comes out when it is summoned by the witch Haggis to fulfill a person's hunger for venegence. When it is summoned, Pumpkinhead tortures and kills its victims. Pumpkinhead also gives the person who summoned him the ability to see the victims it kills being tortured and killed through visions.
