    They were hinting at an this in the Jim Lee Chris Clarmont run (X-Men # 4) but I can't find a scan of that page.  
    Anyway would they have made a better couple?

    Negative, this was still Jean era so it doesnt really factor in, but as a WHat If? Scenario, I think Psylocke is too much for Scott  relationship wise, plus she tends to diappear alot like someone else Scott has a past with(Jean)

    psylocke and gambit. i like that idea. 
    or maybe psylocke and logan... he does have a little yellow fever doesnt he? 
     
    and i dont think psylocke would go for the boyscout type :/

    Cyclops was less guarded with his thoughts & Jean caught him thinking about Psylocke on a few occasions.   Jean confronted Psylocke about it, and Psylocke admitted that she was attracted to Cyclops.  She ranted about how she wanted to touch him, before starting a fight with Jean.  With her psychic-knife Psylocke had the upper hand.  However, she was then blindsided by the first appearance of Revanche. 
     
    Not long after, she began dating Archangel.  So the whole Cyclops thing became a thing of the past.

    I looooved that she told Jean that she wanted to see him Smile again, before blitzing her with her psi-blade. Gotta say, since that was back when Kwannon/Elisabeth shared memories/identity issues, I'm inclined to doubt she had much, if any feelings for Scott at all.

    I was thinking the same thing... that whole Psylocke thing was pretty similar to the Emma affair. 
    I do like Betsy as a free agent tho... kind of like a female version of Logan, she does who she wants... doesnt really want to be tied up... and after all the crap she went thru dying and changing bodies so many times i dont blame her lol.

    No i think Psylocke is too wild for Scott.  Even at her most put together she is a little too much for him...Emma for all her attitude and yelling is actually just as uptight and rigid as Scott is so they work...Her bitchiness doesnt get to him and his withdrawn stoicism she gets around by living in his head (which he seems fine with). 
     
    @Alphaproto: I DO agree that if you go outside the X-men, Psylocke and Ronin would be great
