Kelly Osborne's British accent, background and purple hair really make me think of Betsy's original look. Of course Betsy was a super model with an amazing body and whatnot, while Kelly has a softer face and more soft, feminine body, but she definitely reminds me of how this look could work. It looks like Betsy's character designer from the '80s was before his or her time!

If were looking for a pre asian Psylocke Kate Beckinsale is the way to go

Kelly Osborne? No offence, but gross IMO.
Since I first saw her in Downton Abbey I've thought that Michelle Dockery would make a great British Psylocke. She's striking and beautiful and has the perfect balance of "hard" and "soft" in her features. Plus, she has an awesome voice.
