Psi-Storm is from the planet Passave and developed psychic powers. SHe was captured by Darkthornn and became a prisoner in the dungeons of Blackrot. She and four other prisoners managed to escape and now she uses her mental powers to assist her new friends find freedom.
Powers
Telekinesis: Psi-Storm can use her psychic abilities to move, lift, and manipulate matter using her thoughts.
Psi-Shield: By focusing her psionic energies around herself she can create mental shield that can deflect most attacks.
Psi-Blasts: By channeling her telekinetic powers into a narrow beam Psi-Storm can fire blasts of concussive mental force that can shatter steel at their highest intensity.
Flight: By using her telekinesis to lift herself Psi-Storm fly via psychic levitation.
