PROJECT SUPERPOWERS : What I say about this arc , in one word Bravo . For those who know me or have read any of my other review on comics I'm manly DC fanboy , but even I have to take my hat off , because it just gose to show that if the story is good even charters that were not so popular back in the day (ie like The Black Owl or Sliver Streak ect...) can be fun and great to read True Believers. As far this acr goes I put it right up there 52 , Death In the Faimly , Sandman ect.....
