Strange couldn't even harm Agamotto alone when he invoked powers from the entire Octessence in addition to Dormammu.
Also couldn't do anything to Agamotto when invoking Cyttorak's Crimson Bands along with the Rings of Raggador.

To bump an old thread, this battle is a tie. Daizenshuu 7 states that Coola's base form is equivalent to Freeza's final tranformation.
Neither would kill the other. Though if it came down to it, Coola would probably have a very slight edge over Freeza because he has better ki control. His original form doesn't strain him like Freeza's, and he has the ability to sense ki unlike Freeza, which is why he knows IT.
The reason Goku put up a better fight against Coola than against Freeza is for the simple fact that Goku was stronger facing Coola than he was against Freeza. Master Roshi stated that since he had returned from Namek he had gotten even stronger, and Goku looked like he had a power increase from the senzu bean after Coola one-shot him in the back with his eye beam.
