Her spider sense allows her to see weaknesses and helps her to easily overcome his stealth advantage. She's stronger and has magnetic powers. Of course, it helps she's waaaaaaaaay faster than Terry.
3 years of people bragging that Thor has thousands of years of experience and not a single hand to hand feat for Thor.
I'm not saying Superman wins but the Superman backers have at least shown Supes has some degree of hand to hand prowess. I've honestly never seen Thor trying anything but the old "hit him with a hammer" in hand to hand.
As for the idea that Thor's strength and durability aren't "powers" the same would go for Superman. All kryptonians naturally absorb solar radiation and gain incredible abilities. If you want to say Thor doesn't have super powers, the same would go for Superman. But really, arguing that either of them should have their powers goes against the spirit of the thread. Like TDM said, the point is to debate who is the better hand to hand combatant, not to try to find a loophole so your favorite character wins.

Secondly, there's a picture 11 posts above yours of Black Adam causing a sonic boom. This proves he's faster than sound. He's almost a lightspeeder. Light moves something like 880,000 times faster than sound. So no, sound doesn't move very fast next to Black Adam.

Anyway, Hulk wins. Rogue doesn't completely absorb somebody's power instantly. Hulk only needs to hit her once and she's done.
Rogue has Ms. Marvel's superhuman strength, stamina, durability, reflexes, speed, the ability to fly at sub-sonic speeds, and a 7th sense. Also, she has Ms. Marvel's combined mutant human/Kree physiology that made hervirtually invulnerable.
