@ecstaticgrace: Yeah like your idea with training he expands gains very strong Magic and Mystical powers as who train him maybe some like Arion who very powerful sorcerer old pre DCU, better still have Garth as blood relative or descendent of Arion which will explain why Garth has Magic and Mystical powers.
@ecstaticgrace: pretty good nice showcase of feats for Pre DCU Garth hopefully in post DCNU the new Garth under Abnett (Titans Hunt, Aquaman) get some page time so we can see what he can do so far Abnett written Garth as a powerhouse in Titans Hunt also liked the fight that Garth had with Donna he seemed very strong him punching her through beach house it looked like he getting better of her in that fight very much her equal Hopefully Abnett expand on Garth very strong Mystical and Magic abilities.
