Well from what I read on Marvel.com, since Steve Rogers is America's new Top Cop, he's turned the Avengers into the new S.H.I.E.L.D., so she'll probably be just another Avenger (but more like a S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent).

She'll become Tony Stark's personal assistant.
