Characters for future stories

I write fanfiction, admittedly it's only good to me, and i would like to write a story using characters as they were back in the late '80s early '90s. 
I'm feeling some sorta crossover between realities, like Earth-616 melding with Charnel-Verse and Larval-Verse.
