Thinking about totally scrapping Zavala's magic, replacing it with elemental powers/sort-of bending. Wouldn't feel right half-assing magic with a bunch of reverse-text.

@_lancer_: "Like I said, seedy hotel." Ryoma parked the truck and got out. "I should have enough cash on me to pay for a night or two."

@_lancer_: "Depends if there's a seedy hotel nearby. Seedy hotels are great." Pulling out his disposable phone, he brought up the gps and found the nearest hotel. "And there we go." He muttered to himself, putting the car in drive and hitting the gas pedal.

@_lancer_: Ryoma raised an eyebrow at the shotgun. Seemed excessive. "Whatever you say." He slipped into the car and jammed the key into the ignition. After a few turns (and stalls), it turned on.

@_lancer_: "It's been a few years since I drove." He looked sideways at it. A few years actually meant that he'd only driven for about a year after getting his license. "Where are we even going with it, anyways?"

@_lancer_: "That'd work out if I had a car." He grinned. Ryoma was basically homeless, and he didn't make money often. A car was way out of the equation for him. "Mhm, night."

@_lancer_: "And I'm pretty much stuck." He breathed out. Though he might not admit it, he took great joy in stories. "Go nuts."

@_lancer_: "No kidding! The police have gotten so high-tech it's painful." Ryoma bit back something about forgetting their mystical roots. If anything he'd just annoy his host. "Interesting name."

Looks nasty. Probably dangerous, too.

@_lancer_: "Got a fake name. Ryoma." He sat himself down and took the belt off, setting it beside him. "That usually helps with the whole dodging the cops thing, too."
