"Random Encounter and Midnighter wins, and this is comming from a guy who hates Midnighter, and loves Batman, unless Batman was outfitted to fight someone even stronger at the time, then it would suck for Midnighter! If Batman has info and prep he wins, he would have all his bases covered and not even encounter Midnighter until the playing field was already level, Batman does not have to even be in the same state as you, and he can still F you up with info and prep. It also run millions of battle scenarios, and also predicts all of his opponents moves at once before the battle even starts. The man is strong enough to remove spines and decapitate with punches. I can't see Batman winning here. Far as I can tell from reading only the first 3v of the authority is that Midnighter is a superhuman take on batman, tactically brilliant super advanced close combat fighter. He was even able to burst appolo's ear drum by hitting him in the exact right place with the exact right pressure and had landed this hit while jumping out of appolo's path full flight extremely powerful character almost omega level so as much as it breaks my heart I don't think the bats can win this one *sheds single tear*
