This is a great matchup! I think Neville wins this. He is physically and mentally superior to Rick, and like someone else mentioned, he faces stronger Zombies.
In addition to creating Ultron, Hank Pym was also chosen above Reed Richards and Tony Stark to be the scientist supreme, and of course he discovered the Pym Particle and made countless other innovations like the infinite Avengers Mansion and his cybernetic helmet to talk to ants.
@fifthchild: Everyone has their own favorite hero, and they get excited when they are going to have a great showing of that character.
I personally like Wonder Man because of the way his powers work. They've made him immortal, but then he has to deal with being not human anymore. And I love how the writers have been adding to his personality more, with his disagreement of the Avengers and his pacifism, but I can't wait to see him in the action again. (I also liked his team, the Revengers)
