Spawn Vs Ghost Rider

We've already astablished that Spawn would beat Ghost Rider. Even though Spawn has got his azz wooped in multiple acasions he is more than a match for the vengefull rider. In the begining he would get beat down but then adapt to Ghost Riders moves and start blocking and would then take the battle by storm. Ghost Riders Penance Stare would be his undoing because he would be stamperd at the fact it didnt work then Spawn would strike with one deadly blow.
