I have to say, it was nice to see Jason at peace with himself. Too bad there probably won't be any other appearances of his character, I would definitely read more stories with him. He's so refreshingly different from all his other incarnations. Don't get me wrong, I love Jason and his crazy awesomeness, but priest!Jason was a nice change of pace.
@turoksonofstone: She sounded like she wasn't expecting it in the video which is why I assumed she didn't think it would happen. Which, again, would be pretty obvious after going against a police order (which was ruled unjustified after, hence the dropped charges.) I am still curious about all those different laws/policies I mentioned, though. What state was this in, anyway? Don't remember seeing it mentioned in the video.
Sucks that she was arrested for something like that, but she brought it upon herself. Honestly, how did she not think something along those lines would happen after arguing with a police officer for two minutes? It's not an unknown fact that people have been arrested for not following police orders.
It does make me wonder, though. What is the law regarding the recording of an officer while on duty? Does a person have to get permission to be filmed? I know that those at my college had to sign papers allowing students and the like with cameras to record them. Granted, it was a private campus so it may be different. What is the policy surrounding recording someone on public property? Also, if the man that was pulled over wanted to, could he legally press charges against the woman for recording the video and not censoring his face when she uploaded it to the internet? Does that go against his rights to privacy or no?
I think getting the answers to these questions would better help me judge the situation. Any help?
