The mysterious speedster known as XLRate, or Xavier as some allies of his have called him, seems to have appeared out of the blue. Despite not wearing a mask into battle against the forces of evil, no detective or villain alike has been able to track anyone of his description down. With powers seemingly based on the manipulation of unstable molecules to move at near impossible speeds and creating solid constructs, this new hero is a force to be reckoned with! This is Alice Thompson with the Super Watch news network, signing off! zzzz--
ZZZzzzzOooo... Official Documentation, for League eyes only:
Title: XLR T3
Codename: XLRate
General Details: Remodeled XLR "speedster" android, given a human facade over it's metal skeleton. Shares the same abilities as the original XLR T1, created by James Worrington. The android is currently controlled remotely by Micheal O'Reilly, head of the Liberty Project.
Project Age: Field work for the XLR T3 officially started two months ago, under the command of Worrington. After his withdrawal from our "antics", there was a brief period of non-action until O'Reilly took control.
Facade Appearance: Blueish-white hair, blue eyes, 6'1ft tall, lean build. Unsurprisingly to the surprise to any general "big dumb thug", the XLR actually weighs a full 2-tons despite it's ever average appearance. Not that it would show any signs of great weight without the facade, of course.
Powers & Abilities Rundown:
Superspeed- A given. Harnessing the massive power output produced by Worrington's patented UMCore, and then manipulating the excess as it is created, the XLR T3 can achieve speeds rivaling that of even the fastest clocked speedster-metas. Through the use of basic mental linking, users of the android can effortlessly keep up with the movements and are able to remotely control the android accordingly.
Super Strength and Durability- Being essentially a advanced metal robot beneath the flair of the facade, the XLR is strong enough to lift a several ton car and durable enough to survive explosions, heavy collisions, and extreme heat or cold.
Molecular Constructs- Using the excess unstable molecules from the power core, the XLR can also create solid constructs using the basic molecular manipulators included for the process. These constructs are generally as tough as bulletproof glass, and produced as a "wall" trailing behind the android as it zips along. The android can also create less solid concussive blasts, fire from the hands or eyes.
General scanners and a few other gadgets.
