@highaccuser: Yep. That whole arc was basically 1 long series of Monarch slapping around armies of top-tier powerhouses like unruly children in ways that would make Thanos blush.

Stop at 8 or 10(9?), or clear. If you mean the most recent version of Mr. Majestic, they probably stop at about 6 or 7.
